Kidney Problems

The patient is under medical supervision, need an opinion on engiography. Doctors say the fluid retention has caused the heart to function improperly. They are performing dialysis now to get rid of the water accumulated. My question is, will the reduction in water from body help heart regain some of it's health?

I have to pee all the time, and when I do, only a few drops come out and my bladder is still full. It’s like it’s blocked or something. Just now, I spent an hour trying to empty my bladder, but I gave up now, it’s still almost full and I just can’t get it out.
