Kidney Problems

I am 80 plus male,and diabatic but under control,i am having urinary problem that is urine leaks in the night,some times day also.

I have been doing more mastrubation which we can say daily so by that the weakness is happening more in my body and i m feeling ill continuously so mastrubation is the reason for the weakness or what ?

My elder sister with high blood sugar, control under medication but can't control urine come, co2 deposit causing water deposit in lungs,may be pneumonia. Age 72yrs.

It has been a year , just after i urinate a white drop liquid comes out , i ignored this, but know its causing trouble.?

My daughter 30 months old dignosed with bilateral grade 3 reflux so Dr. suggeates to do cystoscopy. Now in cyatoscope there is no problem and Dr. has dilated the Urethra and advised to repeat it 2 timea more at the interval of 2 months and continue with antibiotics..Please suggeat what can be the exact cause and what would be the permanent solution so the UTI will not repeat.
