Kidney Problems

I am experiencing a stinging pain while passing stool. I am not able to sit for long hours as the pain persists. I am experiencing this from past 10 days. I have a vegetarian diet mostly eating outside food. The pain will be severe in the morning. I always feel something is stinging there.

I Affected by kidney problem... And the doctor said go for the blood dialysis.... And my doubt was may i have an another choice without doing dialysis.???
