I've been having trouble with my boil and bladder for two month I have had no control over it

I have an odour in my mouth, please I need help to improve my health please help

My father aged 65 was facing blood in urine from 6th october to 5th november.. then we decided to consult with an urologist.. first he gave urine culture and other urine related tests.. an ultrasound was done and it had result 'prostatomegaly with heterogenous prostatic parenchyma'.then ctivu was done.
