Kidney Problems

Hi, this is for mother.She is diabetic since last 14 years and has developed high creatinine since one and half year.Level started incresing & has reached to 9.8 now. She has vomitting tendency and feeling weak. Nephrologist has advised to go for dialysis. But he also said that this is not process to cure. One of the Ayurvedic doctor claimed that his medicines can improve/restart kidney function . But at this point, it seems Dialysis is required. Can it be stopped once health condition improves?

Initially checked with urology so diagnosed with kidney stone. But recently checked with us and x-ray no stone . So the root cause is not identified and feeling continuous uneasy of left part of body and it feels the cause from abdomen back and some nerve effect

I am suffering from fever and pain left side scrotum and swollen lymph node in my neck whats cause this is happen in my body??

Mild hydronephrosis in left kidney is thier,we did ctscan and no stone was found..only doubt is thier of PUJ...that aslo not clear
