Kidney Problems

Hi am Rupa my age 24yrs un married actually my periods 5-7days but last month and this month am getting only 1day is it any problem...

My mother has recently undergone hysterectomy and a subcentrimetric cortical cyst was diagnosed in right kidney during ultrasound.

Just wanted to know about distended urinary bladder with multiple internal echoes. Is it a infection

I'm hvng pain in back whr right kidney is thr and was not able to sleep a night.Then it was fine fr the dayfrm the eveng I strtd hvng tremendous pain on the right side of kidney(Im saying right side of kidney bcz Im hvng pain right thr).I dnt knw if the pain is gastric pain.I drank less water fr few days.as the pain was unbearable my friend to the pharmacy& I told him what I'm suffering form he gave me muscle pain killer.Which gave me relief but now Im hvng pain while urination and kidney pain
