Kidney Problems

I have pain in lower right abdomen, plus if i sit for a long time the pain increases and get a severe back ach which ends after a couple of minutes.

Hello Dr, One of my family member (male of age 51) has been diagnosed with high creatinine level. One week ago the level was 6.4 and now it's 7.4. He generally suffers with high blood pressure n headache. But after giving him Dr.'s Prescribed medicines his blood pressure has become normal. For the past few months I have had searing pain on either sides of my lower abdomen. Everytime I cough it hurts. I play basketball and it stops me from moving comfortably. I used to be able to perform a full split until recently but because of this pain, even if I slip a little it hurts on either sides of my groin.
