Kidney Problems

Dear sir my father is into drink alcohol and cigarettes smoking from long time , now he is having a problem of urine is not I think storing in Urinary bladder it's released as it is after making ,and it's giving so much pain also to him at the releasing time.

I have been on antibiotics for a utilitarian for four days now and I still feel just as bad, if not worse. My medication also causes me to get dizzy and have headaches.

Hello Sir/Madam I would like to get some suggestions regarding my mother's problem. She is suffering with pain from last one month. She had 2 ultrasounds already done but nothing came in ultrasound report. Today I had consult with another doctor and she suggest us to take kidney tests. Below are the tests that she was suggested. Urine - R/M -pccells and epccells KFT USG WHOLE ABD NAD WIDAL TEST TLC DLC ESR So please suggest me do I need to take these tests or not. Looking forward to your suggestions. Thanks

Dr. my mother is 65 above.she is having kiddey problem more than 2 years. we are doing dialysis of her after 8 days regularly. but she is having cough and problem in breathing. her urea & creatine level is more than normal and she is fed up from dialysis. so please doctor give me advice to relief her from pain.

2 days back I had painful urination and passed a little thick blood in urine...Post that got chills and fever 101.9...We consulted a urologist who gave antibiotic n performed urin n kidney test n all reports were normal...The fever would subside after takin paracetamol n after 6 hours would return...It finally went after 24 hours...Doc says that the fever is not related to urine infection though it got cured by antibiotic.. there is no fever now is any further diagnosis needed...?

I have done the urine examination and in that it is showing +ve bacteria. I have problem of frequent urination.

I got my liver profile test done. Albumin is low 1.22. Do i need to consult a doctor or take medicines for the same.

I am suffering with fever since last morethan a week. I went for mediacl test report. In CBC the WBC was 13900 and platlat 270000. So I took gudcef plus and dolo 650 for two days. After that i observed that my urine color changed from white to redis yellow. It was alarm for me. I go for furthur investigation. My CBC is normal this time. WBC is 8500 platlat 320000 but SGPT is 350. Creatinine is 0.7 , prothrombin time normal. Bilirubin normal. No abdominal pain and still my SGPT is high
