Can a renal cyst( 12.2cm×9.5cm) cause varicocele as complication. Can numbness of leg and foot occur due to complication of cyst?

I had hyper tension for quite a few days. I went to the doc. Doc advised me to take a cortisol test. And the result was 0.94 in the morning. What does this indicate?

Feeling like passing the urine very frequently and urine is very smelly and feeling burning sensations. Getting very bad smell if urine is not passed. Please suggest on how to go about this health issue. Thank you in Advance.

I'm in a 2-11 Shift.. 2-4 I will try to urinate twice and 4-6:30 I won't be urinating due to workload. After 6:30 again at 8 ,9.30 and 11 . Yesterday at 6:40 my bladder was full and heading to urinals. I got shocked or scared and all of sudden my bladder seems emptied.. since then I'm not able to pass urine freely.. I'm often getting little little urine.. kindly advise if it is a severe case.
