Kidney Problems

My urine has smell since last 2 months, Mostly the morning urine has more smell. I take approximately 3 ltrs of water daily. There is no pain while urinating. Pls guide me what to do.

I am having excess of urination from two days minimum 3 times in half hour.

Sir, I recently had a urine test and I want to know what's the issue and type of medication I should take. In 2013 I had an emergency appendectomy. 3 weeks after I was taken by ambulance, admitted to the hospital with b/p of 63/40 and was told that I had a pocket of fluid on my pelvis and that I was septic. I was put on I.V. antibiotics that includes Zosen, Rocephin, Cipiro, Flagil and Vancomycin. This nearly shut down my kidney's. Since then I have had a difficult time urinating and many times have to strain to do so. I've tried Flomax which helped very little. Could this be from the infection I had

Sir I have done scanning on 2nd of Dec , report found , Right Kidny having 3mm microlight in mid pole with minimal hydronephrosis & left Kidny 2to 3 mm microlight in mid pole , bladder appeared moderately distended. Prostate shows a small system measuring 0.7*0.5cm , pls suggest on this , iam very much concern about my health...

I have a short segment urethral stricture in peno-membranous joint since 2006. Although it is not severe but is irritating as it leads to frequent urination and sense of burning. I contemplate surgery but fear that it may get worse or it may recur. Please suggest what do I do.
