Kidney Problems

Last year my father have been diagnosed with kidney stone. He had 6-7 small stones in both the kidney. After taking medication all the stones got dissolved except one. Its been 6 months its not getting dissolved. Attached is the current usg report. Please suggest do he need to undergo any surgery or it can be cured by medications?

Sir i am suffered from frequent urination more than 15 times per day.. I always felt tired and there is no improvement in my muscle mass and weight since last five years.. Iam 25 yrs old and there is only 48 kg weight.

Hello Doctor, I've been repetitively getting UTI or bacterial infections. Who should I be consulting? Gynaecologist or Urologist. It is very painful and sometimes comes back in 2 to 3 days. I have a healthy and hygienic lifestyle and still this keeps striking me. Is there anything we can do about it. I want it to go away completely because it does get very very painful every time.
