Kidney Problems

I feel urgency of urination and I leak urine after urination. so my urologist gave me trofame XR. I'm taking Trofame XR trospium chloride extended release capsule since december 2016. This pill helps a lot. But after quitting this pill in last september I'm leaking urine again. My doctor says don't quit this pill. DO i have to take this pill forever?

Last week my problem started when I constantly pee every minute and also it was very hurtful. I went to the doctor and got my antibiotics. I finished them 3 days ago and now the problem has started again with me wanting to pee every minute only this time it hurts less.

I have bladder cancer (pT2). Bilateral hydronephrosis delayed chemotherapy for which percutaneous nephrostomy was done. Stenting could not be done as there is no bladder control and after PCN urine drains from the two kidneys into two bags. My bags were filling up normally until yesterday when the left side bag stopped filling. Urine is filling the bladder and I am feeling pain. I would be grateful to know what might have caused the bag to suddenly stop filling and how serious this is.
