I am suffering from frequent urination with a lot of pain from last one week as going to washrum after 2 minutes of gap

Very next day I consult a doctor.Dr prescribed antibiotics and cough syrup along with nasal spray.Then we had go through the blood investigation.when I received the report I was astonished,SGPT (120),SGOT (60) ,Uricacid 7.5and creatinine-.97 Triglycerides high (299)cholesterol high(6.7). Note -I’m only 31 year old male
