Kidney Problems

In the gestation age of 29 weak 5 days colour doppler ultrasound scan it shows the prominent renal pelvis ( AP dia measuring approx 4.4 mm on right side and 4.1 mmon left side ) what does it mean ??

I have had bad pain in my lower pelvis since friday afternoon and i cant eat very much. I dont know what it is wheather it is a kidney infection or bladder infection.

Sir,my father age 65 years.He suffer fever and cbg up down.& his Albumin level low means 2.3.Now he is admitted hospital. Doctor advice give him 3 albutin 20% injection 100 ml each day.but I'm not ready fir this.

My father done with an CT scan for kidney Impression : large heterogeneously dense cysctic lession in upper pole region with thick enhancing wall septea with calcification along wall and septea,few soft tissues enhancing eccentric soft tissue dense mural nodule.The lession seen displacing left kidney postero inferiority .The lession seen displacing SMA anteriority and Left MRA and MRV antero infireority and to right.largest nodule measuring(-5.9*2.0cms) cystic size(17.7*14.4*16.4cm) please help

Multiple times urine in an hour and may some time leaks when not unkown as well as it come once urine is done then again in 1-2 mins
