Kidney Problems

Ive always been active in work and normal life however 4 months ago i started an office job and 2-3 ago i started having to frequently pee I thought this was from frequent drinking fluids However ive had recent issues with impotence so along with the ongoing issue on peeing im going to cut down on sugar heavilly My question is it possible that i have just have high blood sugar and if it is only high blood sugar can i fix it before it becomes full blown diabetes?

Can't really say if its frequent urination or not but here I go with the problem. Like if I drink around a glass of water, say 300-500 ml, it would cause me to urinate 3-4 times in around 15 mins.

My mother is suffering from ckd since last 5 month currently dialysis 2 times in weekly basis and now she is stable no swellings on the body water daily input 750 ml urine output 500ml creatinine level is 4.6 After dialysis 2.7 before grade 3 now scanning shows grade 1 Isthere any medication to stop dialysis and Can control with medicine

Slight pull or somekind of a pain in my right side groin region.. Not a severe pain but a slight pull little painful any cream or any medicine you would suggest for the pain on my balls
