Calculus at lower prostatic urethra
There is difficulty in urination from last 15 days and feeling of blocking. On ultrasound, a renal calculus of size 6.8 mm is at lower part of prostatic urethra.

If there is difficulty in passing urine, all you need to do is have a cystoscopy and stone removal.
