Bulbar urethra
I undergo RIRS on 18.08.2023 for right uretral calculus 2cm badly impacted and 1.6cm calculus in membranous urethra. After that 7 days passed fever is developed. Then Dr said that my kidney got infected and tbey want to remove dj stent immediately dj stent is removed and RGC done on 30.08.2023 after that fever is reduces. In my discharge summary follwing things are noted 1. Stent related sepsis Then ureteroscopy findings shows that Bulbar urethra :- Badly unhealthy mucosa with passable stricture. What is that please explain about it. Urine flow is normal, no pain and irritation while urinating and no feeling of urgency of urinating. Is my urethral tube s narrow due to stone or anything?

There is risk of urethra stricture as always preop explained by doctors. Though its very less but its there. Once developed we have to wait fir some tine till that condition matured and reaches in state where after treatment best outcome comes.
