I am having a pain both side of abdomen since past 3 4 weeks or even more than that. And later on even I get a back pain. From yesterday I am started realising something pressure kind of thing in my virgina. So what kind of a pain is this? Is it normal or something serious?

My gender is female. My creatine level is 2.99. I'm on steroids 10 mg. I'm facing problem of stomach ache as well as body swelling. I'm not able to eat properly and I don't know what to eat and when.
