If a female donates her one kidney then it occurs any problem in her body after marriage?

My father is admitt in Hospital , they have infection in Blood , TLC Is so high , but now TLC and blood Urea is normal , they install the urine pipe in hospital , urine was come properly they check Day by day , When they uninstall the urine pipe , urine was not come , what can I do now

I am getting 104+ fever since last 5 days. I am admitted to hospital and they have done almost all test like sugar , malaria, typhoid, dengu , cbc , cultural, urine. they found infection in urine. I read online that urine infection causes fever if infection is in Kidney. The problem is I am not getting relief. Just now nurse gave me injection because fever had reached 103. Dear sir my father is into drink alcohol and cigarettes smoking from long time , now he is having a problem of urine is not I think storing in Urinary bladder it's released as it is after making ,and it's giving so much pain also to him at the releasing time.
