Hi I have a burning sensation in the pubic are. When pressing with my finger it burns under the skin in that are, my testicil on the same side is also aching. Please if you have any idea as to what might be wrong?

In my USG , there is an evidence of of two echogenic foci with posterior acoustic shadowing measuring about 6.1mm and 6.9mm In left mid and lower calyex My sonologist said that I have kidney stone and I also have urine test which was completely normal Do I need to worry about this or need further testing currently I am on med therapy for kidney stones
