Pain in the left middle back. Urine is also foamy but clear if i pee against the porcelin

My nephew suffering from frequent urinate problem. He is a 11 years old. He does the frequent urinate without his notice. Is it a serious diseased? please assist on the same.

Had pain in hip are all around and discomfort while walking and had Ultrasound that shows kidney stone of 14mm in upper in left kidney and doctor advice some medicine for infection and Nocule tablets thrice a day that works good for time being. Now again discomfort again starts from hip area to groin and thigh. Now I'm facing pressure and discomfort. What to do now
