Why i feel anxious or stressed and find it difficult to start urinating, especially in the presence of others. How to cure from it

I've been having high bp since 3-4 yrs. I am 26 yrs old. I am taking Tab. Minipress xl 2.5 mg in the morning and Tab. Amlopress 5 in the evening but still my blood pressure is 140/100. I want to know am I taking the right medicine. Need ur suggestions

I have been suffering from urinary track infection since 1 month and have consulted some doctors. They prescribed me some medicines and asked me to perform urine test. After taking medicines, I was fine but later since last week the problem started again. Now my legs have slightly swollen and are paining. The fingers of my legs have turned yellow. What is the problem?

My creatinine serum is 1.16 mg/dl ( * months before it was 0.6 mg/dl) and eGFR 86 ml/min/1.732 m2. Is there any need to worry? I got to know that it corresponds to some kidney malfunctioning. All other test result was in normal range.
