Sir Meri right kidney main 20 mm ki stone hai aur left kidney mein 5 mm and 7 mm key stone hai or right kidney me bahut pain hai please please give me treatment

I'm hvng pain in back whr right kidney is thr and was not able to sleep a night.Then it was fine fr the dayfrm the eveng I strtd hvng tremendous pain on the right side of kidney(Im saying right side of kidney bcz Im hvng pain right thr).I dnt knw if the pain is gastric pain.I drank less water fr few days.as the pain was unbearable my friend to the pharmacy& I told him what I'm suffering form he gave me muscle pain killer.Which gave me relief but now Im hvng pain while urination and kidney pain
