Hydatid cyst form near to kidney . this cyst effect on kidney upto 80% . how we save that kidney from this problem

I have sudden back pain in left side for past 2/3 weeks ..today I got my ultrasound scan and report is _2 stone in left kidney one is 3.3 mm n other one is 8 mm...

I'm having urine infection from one month, whenever i go for urine it's pain a lot please suggest medicine & home remedies. Is it any chances outcome of this. Please suggest something.

I got a really bad UTI about 2 weeks ago and was prescribed macrobit (sp?), which generally works really well for me. I get them about once year. However, I was very bad a did not take the antibotic as scheduled or very often, also drank alcohol a few nights in there. And now it's a different problem. Very bloated, pain in my lower abdomen, pain in my back, frequency, but no burning. Should I continue on the course of macrobit or try something different? I have probably 6-8 of them left.

Last year my father have been diagnosed with kidney stone. He had 6-7 small stones in both the kidney. After taking medication all the stones got dissolved except one. Its been 6 months its not getting dissolved. Attached is the current usg report. Please suggest do he need to undergo any surgery or it can be cured by medications?
