I have a mild hydronephrosis in kidney and 9 mm stone what is the reason for hydronephrosis

I have small lumps under my breast they feel hard like little stone they are not painful I am just concerned if they are maybe harmful

I've multiple sebaceous cyst on my scrotum since 15-20 yrs. I've oprated 02 cysts 15 yrs before. But now these are itching & 2 became like small calcium balls.So pls. advice me its ayurvedic treatment & medicines.

There is7.3 mm diameter calculus seen in right kidney at mid pole. causing mild hydronephrotic changes on this side. the left kidney is few calculi seen, larger calculi in one measures 5.3 mm diameter. The right kidney measures 99 mm and the left kidney 90 mm in bipolar diameter. No calcification or hydronephrotic changes seen on left side. The cortico-medullary distinction is intact.
