My mom has high creatinine levels and doctors suggest dialysis but I know that it is tiring and has to be done at least twice a week..should we go for transplantation

I'm 24yrs Male, Irrigation in anus (near hole) while bowel, a little irritation inside near outer hole too... Its been 4-5days and is decreasing day by day, but its too difficult to use toilet. I have tried to use coconut oil, and petroleum jelly. Plz help. What should i do? Its passing but very irritating while toilet.hope its not haemmerroids. And maybe it's causing problem in my thighs too, it's little paining.
