I am experiencing lower back pain since 2days with frequent urination..with blood discharge. I had a contraceptive pill 3-4days back..please help me by knowing what I am suffering from.

My age 29 .my 1st urine in brown next normal weight colour come.any problem

I am suffering from UTI from last 3years and last 1 &1/2 month i am suffering again , i have taken medication(little bit late this time after 15 days) which include Laff XT , NIFTAS and urispas . But still the morning 1st urine is cloudy and has smell. Now , last 3days i am feeling little bit back pain and scared that it should not be a kidney infection. Please guide me. I had kidney stones before 2 months which i have tested 2 weeks back in usg in which doctor confirmed as stone is dissolved completely as per usg scan.. later every time i use to go urine it pains and hurts sometimes near bladder. I m having dizziness sometimes, but i m not sure if it is due to stones. Please help what can be done now
