Kidney Problems

I have an inflammation on the back, in the kidney's area (left side) and pain in both sides (kidney's area as well). I'm urinating more times than normal and have my heart accelerated, like I'm scared. Also I have a chronic tonsillitis from a time ago (I'll have my tonsils removed at 15-JAN). Also, I have no pain or something when urinating but the color of the urine is clearer now. I will appreciate your answer.
