My father is 57 yrs old. His usg report showed he had broad based irregularly marginated soft polypoid tissue SOL on the bladder.but in his rigid cystoscopy findings, there is a 2cm superficial pedunculated papillary tumour and 0.5cm papillary lesion. Which one can be correct?

Hi.. I Got pyleplasty done 4 months back. Urologist placed stent. And it was in place for 3 months. It was quite painful along burning sensation at rest and on micturition till the time, it was in place. Its getting 1 month since I got it removed. Still it is burning in similar way. Intensity almost same. Please suggest what should I go. Its very annoying.

I've had urinary issues for about year now. I first noticed the issue when I had pain after a release of seminal fluid. I've taken several tests that showed no signs of any STD or related infections. I was given ciprofloxacin and it still didn't help the issue. One test that I took showed a moderate amount of budding yeast and not sure if that's something to look into. I'm male 21..I have a doubt for years..why do we often urinate during bowel movement?Is it normal to urinate while we defaecate?? Someone please help..I'm scared..I don't have any other problems.. Please clarify.
