Kidney Problems

Hi, I have a small pea nut like lump near external anus which doesn't cause any pain. I don't get any blood in stool and don't have constipation. This lump is there from almost 6 years. But this lump comes occasionally. I don't know about the situation, but it's like if it's there during night, then morning this reduced in size which shrinks and some times it almost disappears. Can you please tell me what exactly it can be.

I have low haemoglobin for which I went to the nearby nursing home for blood transfusion. They performed various tests and said that I have CKD. At present my Creatinine level is 12.04 and blood urea is 154. But I have no other symptom. The doctor suggested for dialysis but I refused. So they discharged me prescribing medicines and diet chart. I want to know that is dialysis avoidable?

Recently I did ultrasound of abdomen and here is the result; Prostat size : 42 x 30 x 38 mm (Volume 25cc) Enlarged in size. Normal in echotexture. Impression: Grade-I prostatomegaly PSA is 0.531 please advise

From last 3 years in all my routine urine reports it shows RBC as +. Now it is showing as +++. Also protein shows as + in urine analysis Also my HBA1C reading is 6.6 and I take glycomet 1 GM SR twice a day. Who is the better doctor to handle my case. Please advise Thanks

My younger has ben suffering from bilateral kidney stone since 7-8 months ago. Now all report were done at sai baba hospital they told to meet you on 22/12/17at OPD clinic. Kindly make an arrangements for microsurgery because two operation was done in openly one is kidney stone and other is apendicit. So you are requested to make a decision with verify by all reports. There is a 3.9mm Stone in Left Kidney... Will it be sorted out by drinking lot of water.. And what more precautions should be taken... All tests done...nothing any other problem..
