Kidney Problems

Have a right side hydrocele which burst. There is discoloration in the scrotum and penile shaft. No pain or burning with urination, urine normal color.

Complaint of pain in lower abdomen urine is normal with inflamation and stomach remains solid and pain remains long time.

I have multiple cysts on my kidneys and high creatinine levels. I was wondering how can I lower my creatinine levels and remove the cysts on my kidneys? Is there a drug I can take or maybe certain foods that I should eat? I also suffer from high blood urea nitrogen. last blood test was on Dec 9th 2017: B.U.N: 27 Creatinine: 2.5 Also I took on a fifteen-day diet of lettuce, apple, cucumber, dried figs and almonds, covered with a mixture of honey, olive oil and lemon juice which made things worse

I am not overweight, I don't smoke and rarely drink. Last night over a period of about an hour I went from being fine to feeling a bit sickly, and an aching pain in my side near my kidneys, more noticeable when I tried to sit up. There doesn't seem to be any real tenderness when pressing in the area, may be a little, I have had a headache from around the same time. took some Panadol last night and today but it didn't do much. Sick feeling seems to be going but the aching remains.

Can a renal cyst( 12.2cm×9.5cm) cause varicocele as complication. Can numbness of leg and foot occur due to complication of cyst?

I had hyper tension for quite a few days. I went to the doc. Doc advised me to take a cortisol test. And the result was 0.94 in the morning. What does this indicate?
