I have bacterial prostatitis

I have bacterial prostatitis since one month and today I go for TC DC Of WBC in blood . That shows 12500 WBCs. Is my blood also infected ??? What to do??? I am starting cifran for 1st month, Bacstol for 2nd month, and Niftas for 3rd month .my M.D. Advised me this. Is this good??? Plz reply...
