Nephrotic syndrome is a congratulation of findings consist of protenuria, swelling in body & face  due to kidney problems. Exact kidney problem and probable cause should be assessed by a nephroligist by clinical profile and investigations. Sometimes renal biopsy may also be required. Consult a nephroligist for the same.good  drugs are available to control the disease and may be started after due clincal assessment
