Reg K/C/O IgA Nephropathy with FSGS
She is currently on Budesonide CR 3 mg (twice a day), Septran DS (half a tablet - thrice a week), Telmisartan 20 since September. Earlier Budesonide & Septran DS (1/2 Tab) was being administered thrice a day until 2.12.17 when her proteinuria transgressed from 2.1g to 1.6g to 1.4g to 823 gms & finally to 337 gms (2/12/17) when the dose was tapered. Problem is the sporadic episodes of giddiness, cold & clammy extremities, numbness in extremities with possible mild hypotension & bradycardia. ESR is 77 as of 1/1/18. Kindly educate for Gods sake.
