My age 29. My period date 30/11. But now urine light spoting blood come. Wat the reason tel.

In my last kft creatinine was 1.20 bun was 12 and uric acid 7.50 urea 30 now I have re tested after 3 weeks it is creatinine 1.15 bun 11.5 urea 26 uric acid 4.50 do I need to invistigate it further is it a starting of ckd my age is 37 m weight 95 kg

Pain in left abdomen and back left side . Doctor perform urine and stool and urine test are normal except few cyst of entamoeba historical are seen in stool.after give a medical. After 15 day take of medicine there is pain still persist.
