Kidney Problems

I have to pee all the time, and when I do, only a few drops come out and my bladder is still full. It’s like it’s blocked or something. Just now, I spent an hour trying to empty my bladder, but I gave up now, it’s still almost full and I just can’t get it out. I pee all the time at night too, like every other hour and it ruins my sleep. It’s been this way for 2 years, since I was 16; i’m 18 now. Also I’m overweight with 97 centimeter around my belly and 121 cm around my hips. Help!

I have an urgent to urinatw quite frequently, some day the frequency could be as fast as every 20 min,b ur on an average after 1 hr. However if I take two to three glass of water, the frequency goes to say , every 20 to 25 min. Colour of my urine is white Nd sometimes pale yellow
