Urinay problem
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well. Let me go straight to my question, i have a younger brother who can not hold his urine every time he pees on his clothing. I went to a Doctor and he told me that we circumcise him possibly that will change the situation but nothing has changed, please advice me on what can be done for him. Your brother may have the following conditions :
urinary tract infection, stone in urinary tract or overactive bladder
you need to do a Ultrasound examination of the Abdomen and scrotum, and then urine culture
according to the results, management varies
