Urinary Bladder tumour
My father is 57 yrs old. He had blood in urine for 2days.now after taking medicine there is no blood in urine.his usg report says he has a polypoid soft tissue SOL on the bladder wall. After seeing the usg report Doctor advised to do cystoscopy and Turbt. We had done it yesterday. Doctors said that there are two tumours.one is big another one is small.now they sent it for biopsy. They confirmed that 99% it's cancer. They spread some medicine (BCG) there so that it doesn't come back.Is it the right procedure? Without doing MRI can cystoscopy be done? Is there any chance for my dad's survival? His overall health is fine.blood reports are ok.

I think BCG is given after few weeks of surgery and when biopsy confirmed.further treatment depends on biopsy report
