Urinary bladder is partially distented and show small polypoidal mass lesion measuring 37.6×22.3 mm in right lateral wall involving UV junctions In urine some mass particals also pass away and colour of urine is dark red Father is also suffering from sugar also Please suggest.

He needs endoscopic removal of this mass. It does not involve any cut and procedure is relatively safe. This is most likely cancer and removal will prove to be beneficial. Do not worry about implications of blood sugar over this procedure. Procedure is done, once he is fit for it. All the best.
