My father is 57 yrs old.He had blood in urine for 2days.After taking medicine there is no blood in urine.usg report says he has a polypoid soft tissue SOL on the bladder wall. After seeing the usg report Doctor advised to do cystoscopy and Turbt. We had done it on 19th December, 2017.doctors said that there are two tumours.2cm pedunculated papillary tumour 1cm away from left UO and 0.5cm papillary lesion right side proximal to right.they gave mitomycin 40.we are waiting for biopsy report.now my father is fine. Just having a little burning while urinating.is it the right procedure?without doing MRI can cystoscopy be done?can he be cured?is it low or high grade?

The plan of action or treatment done so far is correct. hopefully a deep muscle biopsy has been taken. if it has been done, that completes the necessary step in the treatment. Only biopsy would tell us about the disease nature. MRI is not a must before turbt.
