Frequent urination and what do you mean by partially distended bladder I am very stress plzz reply from last 20 days

A well-defined 3.9 mm. echogenic focus causing distal acoustic shadowing is seen at lower calyx of right kidney. A similar well defined 4.9 mm. echogenic focus causing distal acoustic shadowing is seen at upper pole calyx of left kidney Right upper & mid ureter are also mildly dilated secondary to right lower ureteric calculus 6.2mm Kindly suggest medicine

From last 10 days I am feeling obstruction in urine , when go to urinate, it take to urine come out , and feeling constipated

I m feeling pinching sensation in my urethra. At first there is some drops of urine also get out after urination, but no only puching sensation.
