Not able to urinate, feeling urge for urination.. But can't, completely on bed for 5 years, little bit walk and nothing

I am a 28-year-old man and want to get the HPV vaccination. Which medical department should I visit to discuss this prior to getting the vaccine?

Blood Urea and Blood Urea Nitrogen is low.   5.9 & 13. Is that normal or do I need to take medicine. Too that Hba1c - 7.9 and taking regular insulin tablets. Please suggest or prescribe.

Dear Doc, I am having frequent urination problem from last 20 days. I went to 3 urologists and all have given prostasis medicines but i am not getting releif. Symptoms are coming back again and again. I have gone through CY scan, Uroflowmetry test and all is normal. Anyone please help how this can be completely cured.

My two year old daughter was having pain while peeing 4 days back. After a day she was not having pain but she had a whitish foaming pee. She had a fever 2 weeks back so we chalked it up to that. For past two days she is peeing little amount but more frequently than normal. We gave more water and coconut water. Kindly help

I have Type 2 Diabetes , was diagnosed recently , however my Pus Cells earlier on 1st August URINE RE TEST was 3-5 and now on 20TH August URINE RE TEST got increased to 10-12 , I have no infection and my URINE CS TEST IS NEGATIVE , is diabetes and sugar medications the reason for the 10-12 range of Pus Cells in my Urine recently

Since 4 months I am facing needle like sensation inside my penis urethra for 1 seconds and it goes away again it comes for 1 seconds and it goes away I suffer this every day all my sti and std reports are normal even urine reports are normal even I took antibiotics for 21 days as soon as left taking antibiotics it started again . Note it never stopped even after taking antibiotics I am help less please provide solution to this thing.

I just had a c section last month and i found out I have a tiny stone in my kidney as per my recent ct scan. I have no other symptoms but I am having continuous blood flow.
