I got my USG SCROTUM doppler and have been diagnosed with Right sided epididymitis with reactive right hydrocele and changes of right sided funiculitits and a left sided grade 2 varicocele is seen.

I have a kidney stone in my right side kidney. I have pain in the last 5 days, the pain is moving from one place to another. When I sit to pee I pee frequently after a few secs gap. I have no irritation or pain. No fever, nothing. No random urge to pee again and again. But when I finally sit to pee I pee 3-4 times.

I have kidney stone of5.5mm in lower pole of right kidney i have no pain is it can be treated without surgery
