Hi I got my pelvic ultrasound because of irregular periods and found out that I also have a Renal Simple Cyst (Bosnaik 1). 25*18mm. What does this mean?

I got my urine test done..pus cells is 20-25hf..I had last month stone operation..from last several days I having some red spot on different part of body.. please help me out no good such doctor available in my locality?

I have done kft urine routine CBC and USG Kub all normal I go to urine 5-6 times in 24 hours but urine volume is more Last year I was having anxiety Is this normal?

Has been experiencing clitoral sensation at the end of urination for a week and incomplete urination, though there is no pain or burning.

Recurrent urinary infection for the past 2,3 years. Burning sensation after pee. Itching and presence of white dust like particles in the folds of labia minora. In the urine test there is pus cells and epithelial cells present.In urine culture there is presence of EColi bacteria. Even after taking antibiotics ( both tablets and injection) there is relief only for 2 , 3 weeks. At present, there are 18-20 epithelial cells and 4-6 pus cells in the urine test. Doctor, why is it so ? What is the remedy?

I had uti infection aroud 2 months ago.. i had fosfomycin and amoxicillin , uripas as per the gynaecologist prescription. Frequent urination is reduced and symptoms reduced. In past two months sometimes i feel irritation in urine passage and bladder.irritation is not while urinating. Its happenings when im normal. Or when i emptied my bladd / dont drink water for sometimes.Later i did urine test and urine culture test due to that irritation. Culture test results says occasionally pus cell and no significant bacteria . Normal urine test bacteria should be 0-5 but i have 8 . i still have slight pain or irritation in passage. Not while urgenti g Just after i emptied my bladder or i didnt drink water for sometime. Do i need to worry.

So I need a doctor medical report for this problem and also the treatment procedure to get well within 3 to 4 weeks. In which doctor must write about the time period Of my treatment and it should be of 3 to 4 weeks. Can I get that medical report?
