Foamy urin without protein
I generally pass foamy urin ,
And whenever I eat lentils the foam appear like soap,
I did my renal function test and urine analysis test ,
Creatinine is 0.94
And protein in urin is negative,
My ultrasound shows rt kidney 9.7* 4
And left 9.5*38
Back in 2022 my right kidney was 10.1
And left was 9.3
Past 6 month found subclinical hypothyroidism
Where thyroid was 9
Fondly suggest me am I on the high risk of progression of chronic kidney disease?
Or do I need further test or should I won't worry
