Kidney Problems

My 14 year old autistic son starts laughing when he gets the urge to urinate. After peeing he becomes quite. He has sensory processing disorder and also cant speak. Why does this laughing happen? Please advise on any cure.

I had a BNI surgery in OCT 23. I was advised self dilation CIC daily for 3 months so as to avoid further blockage in urine track. I did it daily for 3 months and after that on alternate days or twice a week. Should I continue CIC now . If yes, daily or frequency of days

Why do i get frequent urination in excessive quantity many times? My usg is normal with left side ectopic malrotated kidney. Hba1c is 5.1, fasting and pp is normal. Lft, kft are normal. I do not drink excess water too. But i do get it. Lately at night. Please guide me, what else can be causing it?

I got injured on 10 May and developed left scrotum pain , Ultrasound Revealed left mild Epididmytis,I have been on medicine since 12 May . On 10 June when I was about 80% Recovered,I had severe kidney stone Pain due to which I couldn't eat the scrotum medicine,As I took an dynapar injection which caused Nausea , Took overdose of Homeopathy medicine which Caused extreme muscle spasm of whole body. So after all this Yesterday my Kidney stone pain eased and I realised that my scrotum pain is coming Back , I can Say If I don't start medicine again It will be back to the way it was . So Today on 16 June I took scrotum medicine and thinking to continue medicine till it gets healed and using ayurvedic medicine for kidney stone , I wanted to know can Epididmytis again get worse if treatment left in between and how long do I take medicine i already took it for 1 month . And can Epididmytis affect fertility and if yes ,How can I protect myself from it . Thanks for your time

I am attaching my USG abdomen report of Jan 2024.  I was prescribed Urimax D for 6 months. My passing of urine is quite normal now. I wake up once in the middle of the night. I am not diabetic. Should I continue with the same medicine. If yes then for how long ?  I find myself bloated after I started Urimax D. A general physician friend told me it could be because of dutasteride. If so should I change my medicine to normal Urimax instead of Urimax D ? Please advise.  PS. My PSA level before starting Urimax D was 2.5 in Jan 2024.

I am a patient of BPH and urinary bladder stone. With homeopathic treatment my prostate had reduced from 51 cc to 26 cc. I have two stones 2.3 and 1.2 cms in urinary bladder. I have been advised simultaneous lithotripsy and TURP by a urologist. I need a second opinion on TURP.
