Kidney Problems

Recently I've got full body check up done. My creatinine is low 0.47 - range is 0.50-0.90 And my bun creat ration is high 27.66 - range is 5-15 Please suggest what is bun creat ratio? What should be my next steps?

My urine routine report is attached. Kindly check This shows positive for urine protein. Does that mean my kidney already failed? What other tests should I do to make sure there is a kidney disease? should I go for urine culture also? 3 months back my urine report had no protein but don't know how my kidney failed all of sudden.

I had a small pimple in genital area which broken and swollen I am cleaning and applying soframycin ointment, should I stay on antibiotics ?

Right Kidney : Ms 11.1 x 6.2 cms. No obvious space occupying lesions. Left Kidney : Ms 11.1 x 5.4 cms. No obvious space occupying lesions. No evidence of Hydronephrosis. Ureter is normal in course and caliber. CT KUB (PLAIN) Normal in size ,out line, position and cortical attenuation. *Calculus Ms ~ (6 x 5 mm,HU: 1203) noted in mid portion. *Calculus Ms~(6 x 5 mm,HU: 1207 )noted in Right proximal ureter causing mild hydroureteronephrosis of Right kidney. Normal in size out line, position and cortical attenuation. *Multiple tiny calculi (~3.0 mm ) noted in Left kidney.

My mom is 62 years old and she has problem with hemoglobin and sugar and blood pressure but now that she taking medicine her sugar and blood pressure levels are fine in test. However her creatinine levels are not improving . Sometime it's is 2.7 sometime 3 but not improving Similarly her hemoglobin not improving always 8.0

During my RIRS surgery the pipe connected to my private part was removed without any pain removal medicine. The immediate pain was unbearable. Is it the normal way? The nursing staff removed it alone.

Sometimes i have a problem passing urine, it's delayed or slow...RFT is normal but in urine reports there are albumin present...what does that mean, what should i do ?
