Kidney Problems

Hi, my bother did normal regular check ups and in ultrasound lab doctor told us he has Prostate enlargement, but he don't have any problem or symptoms, only his cholesterol is high, grade 1 fatty liver and little high of uric acid. Lab Doctor told us the size of prostate shape and exchotexture is normal, and the prostate measurements are- 50mm x 40mm x 41mm and effective weight of prostate is about 47 gms . PCA test in normal Kindly suggest what should we do.

For the past 15 days I have a feeling to urinate very often, right after urinating within 15 min I feel the urge to urinate again. Two days I am normal and the again this problem starts. I took urinalysis , urine culture all came normal. I took usg abdomen whole, results came as kidney stone of size 4.9 mm and 4.2 mm stone on each and my bladder wall thickened 4mm. I have attached the report of the same. Kindly suggest what to do? Though the feeling of urination is on and off , it is very stressful when it come. Suggest me what to do.

In the urine culture report of my mother, E coli bacteria 100000 colonies/ml  has been detected and she is having fever, shivering., etc. I have attached the report also here. What treatment to be done for that and what medications? please help!

My 2 months 13 days baby(weight 4kg) has ear infection so dr gave antibiotics nuclav(amoxycillin&potassium clavulanate)..8/7/2024 In medical shop they wrongly given 7.5ml for morning and 7.5ml for night instead of 0.75ml.. I have wrongly  given 5ml in night..(baby is active and take feed now) whether overdose of antibiotics cause harm kidney and liver???(still now no loose motion and vomiting)

My uric acid keeps fluctuating. It was 7.3 in March and currently 7.5. How can I lower it naturally? Do I need medicine immediately?

My father having repeated URI before 6 month only he had antibiotics for 5 months then UTI gone now after 5 months again UTI Today's blood report attached 6month old reports: Ultrasound abdomen took normal Ultrasound scrotum took normal but have Hydrocele Sugar in control 120 Flowmeter test took normal doctor said there is some urine left behind All these test taken before 6 months Now he had same fever and body pain so we took the blood test again Why this happening what's the root is this untreatable and having big issue like sepsis?
