Varicocele grade 1(painful ) 2mm pamniferrous plexus vein diameter ultrasound color doppler report. mri scan scrotum :  mild varicocele and minimal bilateral hydrocele(right > left) inabilility to walk, constant pain, swelling and pain in scrotum. suffering for now 10 years now, started in 2014 while swimming in a lake during university days first year got a insect or unknown object sting in scrotum.since then i am facing scrotum swelling pain v inability to do basic activities like walk. its painful mild varicocele. clinically diagnosis upon by surgeons , one urologist in AMRI saltlake found varicocele grade 2, in next 3 weeks got microsurgery varicoelectomy by another surgeon in Kolkata. wanted to check info reg top varicocele microsurgery in kolkata as per patient success review for varicocele.

Hello All, I am diabetic and my HBA1C trends between 6.5 and 6 . I started taking Dapavel M from March however within 1 month I got UTI. I always feel like going to washroom  again right after using it. I did urine test and an infection was detected. I have taken 3 antibiotics in last 3 months but nothing seems to be working. Got USG done and it is normal. I am currently taking Ceftum and flucanazole but I am not sure if this will also work. Will I ever get rid of this infection? I am not sure how this is going to end up in my body.

I have an ultrasound of KUB and abdomen and pelvis and found 2 stones of size 0.3 and 0.4 mm in left kidney And trace of albumin in urine And KFT is normal with 0.9 creatine I have light infection in urine I am diabetic which is not controlled Protein for 24 hrs is 180mg So pls suggest me next steps

Hello,I have been suffering from recurrent UTI and urine retention since December 2020.I am on anti peychotics as well.I have visited all the urologist in Kanpur as well as Dr Anupam Bhargava in Max Delhi.My urodynamic report is normal and my UB is mildly diffused but no doctor has been able to diagnose it properly.I am currently on Urimax 0.4 mg 1 daily and Niftas 100 mg 1 daily.qPlease help me out and suggest a good doctor(a female urologist would also do)

I am having constant urge to urination and very less urine most of the time  for 10 days since I started gym. It aggravates at night.Along with it I am having constipation for 6 months and pooping 3-4 times a day .
