I have bulbar urithral stricture of 1.5cm Is laser ureterotomy for urithral stricture available in coimbatore

For the past 3 weeks I have radiating pain in both sides of upper stomach especially on left and that pain is radiating to iliac region and causes severe pain in upper Butt backside . And occasionally I have pain also in right side. What is the cause for it . Is it relelated to kidney or someother?
