Lot of foamy urine in first morning urine I hv done lots of kft and urine test but it's negative why I am having foamy urine

My father age 67 Feeling little  irritation before and after urination No any other problem. Ill attach ultra sound .

I was having  UTI and was told to have 10 days of Ciprofloxacin & Citralka syrup. I'm feeling better than early times, but little tenderness around the penile area, little weak stream and warm burning around the penus head remains. I was treated for Chronic Prostatitis a year back. Do I need other prostate medications. Please help

My father had a urinary incontinence condition from past 3 months and have a high diabetes level. On diagnosis his prostate gland is enlarged the doctor gave the medicines but it doesn't help him also causes loss of control and feel dizzy.

I have had a ureter calculus for 2 months It has stuck in the same place. 2 months back I did a CT KUB when I had stone pain and it was reported that size was around 5mm. Went for flush therapy and  stone didn't come out, but there was no pain after that. Again 15 days back I had pain and did CT KUB ( REPORT:  A calculus measuring 4mm ~400HU is noted at the right proximal ureter with mild hydoureteronephrosis). Doctor suggested if it's not passed out within the next 8 to 10 days ( silodosin for 8 days has been prescribed) you might need to go for surgery. I don't want to go for surgery, please advise me on any medication or  will it be passed easily as it's less than 5mm? Surgery is really needed in this case?

I am feeling sharp pain under belly my urine is bloody My ultrasound report is 1. .Left renal calculus and left vesico ureteric junction calculus. 2.  A non obstructive calculus measuring 5.2mm seen in left Vesico ureteric junction And 3.8 mm seen in inter polar calyx My doctor prescribe me only antibiotics Please suggest me to remove stone which is in vesico ureteric junction
