Kidney Problems

My fathers tests revealed a Sr Creatinine of 1.5 on the first test and we reevaluated the test after 2 weeks with a non veg diet his Sr Creatinine is 1.4. He is on medication for high BP and has a history of Asthma. Should i be concerned?

My uncle son has high bp Albumin positive in urine Urea blood high ( 49 ) Creatinine blood high ( 1,28 ) And triglycerides is also high But kidney ultrasound is normal So which test he need more or what is his treatment ?

For the past one month, I have been suffering from burning urine sensation. I consulted with a urologist and he prescribed me antibiotics. It didn't work. I went to do the Urine Culture and Urine routine. It came back normal. I continued the antibiotic but it didn't work. I did my Ultrasound and it shows the bladder wall appears thickned. I did my URINFLOMETRY and it is normal. Recently, I have been prescribed with Mirabregon and Founten D. There is a slight reduction in the burning sensation. But I feel the urge to go to the bathroom frequently. What might be the possible reason for it? Should I go for Cytoscopy? Thanks in advance

Urine retention. Taking alfoo 10mg. for 2 yrs. One alternative day. When I stop alfoo I FEEL little problem. When I take alfoo I FEEL better. Can I CONTINUE this medicine? How long I continue?

Hello doctor, my father complains of burning sensation while passing urine . It's comes and goes of by itself. Attached report taken during that time. Now again he is complaining the same and burning at the back as well. We took master check up this January all his reports are normal,. Lft kft hba1c cbc urine routine all are normal. What can be done to resolve this issue? Do simple renal cysts cause this problem?

Creatinine level identified in attached report is concerning. Seems normal range mentioned < 0.7 is wrong. Also GFR calculation seems wrong. Can you share your view on this. As per the online research i did, it is not serious kidney condition but yes i should work on to improve kidney function.
