Kidney Problems

My family member had a urinary tract infection (UTI) with increased pus cells in urine (5-7). They took a 5-day course of antibiotics (Neftas and Citilika Liquid), but still experience difficulty voiding urine completely and feel heaviness in the bladder and body. What should be our further steps for these symptoms? Any suggestion?

I drink 3-4 Ltrs of water every day and usually have very good flow of urine even till last night. However today morning after 8 hours on uninterrupted sleep it took some effort to pass urine.
