Findings are suggestive of enlarged fatty liver with grade 1 prostaomegaly and left renal cortical cyst

Please help me to understand the ultrasound report of my brother. He is having back pain and his abdomen is appearing little larger and it's feeling heavy constantly. He doesn't have the urge to eat anything as well. Please suggest by going through the report what is the actual problem and whom should we consult. Thanks!!

Burning micturation since approx 1 month Completed one dose of amox+clav500 mg and cital for 4 days den got relief for about 5-6 days Then the problem started again Burning sensation while urinating and half an hr after it most probably in the morning Now i am on the same dose again bt of no use. Problem persists and gettin worser. Does caffiene intake or diuretics worsen the condition?
